Lisa Nowakowski's practice included special emphasis on matters related to partnership and limited liability company structuring and taxation, structuring like-kind exchange transactions, and sales, use, and property tax matters. She had wide experience in drafting and negotiating partnership, limited liability company, and joint venture agreements; and extensive additional experience with low-income housing tax credit transactions. She had client representations before the Internal Revenue Service, the Wisconsin Department of Revenue, and the Milwaukee City Assessor.
