Eliot New is a partner in the Litigation practice group at Greenspoon Marder LLP, where he advises and represents primarily businesses and employers in a broad range of commercial and business disputes, class and collective actions, and labor and employment matters. This includes advising and representing clients through all stages of a dispute, prior to litigation and through final resolution in binding arbitration or trial in state and federal courts.

Mr. New's experience includes litigating disputes concerning business transactions, partnership/LLC splits and dissolutions, fiduciary duties, real estate sales and development, financing agreements, trade secrets, and significant labor and employment matters. He represents clients in finance, hospitality, manufacturing, healthcare, and construction industries, as well as commercial & multifamily landlords, and many other types of businesses.

Prior to joining Greenspoon Marder in 2018, Mr. New was a member of a law firm in Texas.
