She has extensive experience in litigation and settlements at all levels of courts and tribunals in civil matters (obligations and contracts, noncontractual liability and real estate law), corporate/commercial matters (companies, antitrust) and insolvency-related matters (purchases of assets from companies in insolvency proceedings).

She also acts in criminal proceedings, particularly in company-related matters involving white-collar crime, corporate offenses and offenses against workers' rights (occupational accidents).

In addition, she provides recurring advice on matters of general private law and participates in the handling of disputes and negotiations between companies.

She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
