Edurne Pascual Goñi is a senior associate in the Tax practice area.

She has extensive experience in the provision of tax advisory services to businesses, providing advice on an ongoing basis in the areas of general direct taxation (corporate income tax, personal income tax of shareholders, etc.) and indirect taxation (IVA, ITP-AJD), as well as in relation to tax proceedings and business reorganizations. Mention should be made, in particular, in addition to her work for commercial enterprises, to her special relation with the world of co-operatives.

She is a member of the Firm's VAT service line.

She has taught on internal courses within the Firm, in addition to being a tutor on the Advanced Business Law course run by Centro de Estudios Garrigues. She has also spoken on tax affairs at events organized by Asociación de Empresarios de Gipuzkoa (ADEGI).
