Ecem is an Associate in Corporate & M&A department since 2019. She mainly focuses on commercial and corporate matters of national and international companies in their day-to-day business.
Ecem's areas of expertise are commercial law, corporate law, real estate, data protection, energy and infrastructure law and environmental law matters.
She has worked on major M&A projects across various sectors including retail, chemical, industrial, health, renewable energy and pharmaceuticals and has experience in due diligence, drafting and negotiating Share Purchase Agreements, Shareholders Agreements and Joint Venture Agreements.
