With more than 8 years of experience in both domestic and international tax advisory services, Diego's main practice includes assistance to foreign companies in evaluating the expansion of business activities into Mexico, corporate restructurings, M&A transactions and Value Chain Transformation projects.

During his professional experience, Diego has worked with national and international companies from the following sectors: industrials & consumer products, oil; gas, entertainment & media, banking & capital markets, technology and pharmaceutical.

Diego's experience includes 4 years as a corporate tax advisor at Chevez, Ruiz, Zamarripa y Cia, S.C. and 3 years as part of the international tax services department at PwC Mexico.

Public Accountant from the Universidad Panamericana (Mexico City) graduated with excellence distinction by the CENEVAL.
