Profile
Diego Casanueva is a principal associate in the tax department at Garrigues' Valladolid office.
He has extensive experience in corporate restructuring transactions and providing recurring advice on tax matters to major companies in the region.
Among other fields, he is an expert in tax planning, family business, direct taxation and tax procedure.
He is a frequent speaker in talks and conferences organized by the Firm together with different regional institutions. He has been a lecturer on corporate income tax in the Master's in Business Law of the Law Faculty of Universidad of Valladolid and the Valladolid Chamber of Commerce.
He is a member of the Valladolid Bar Association.
