Experienced law firm growth leader

Dean Boeschen has spent more than two decades guiding law firms on strategy, legal operations, innovation, expansion and people plans. He works closely with firm leadership to identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities for the firm. He plays a pivotal role in helping determine and prioritize our growth opportunities, identifying potential fits with our growth criteria, and assisting with the vetting process.

Most recently, Dean was the chief growth officer at an Am Law 100 firm, where he played a significant role in shaping the firm's national growth. With years of experience in law firm growth, finance, client development and operations management, Dean brings extensive insight into the ways a firm can better serve clients and help them meet their business objectives.
