Darren Swartz is a Senior Associate at ENS in the Dispute Resolution practice.

Darren specialises in general and commercial litigation, and alternative dispute resolution matters, local and international.

His experience includes advising clients on aspects concerning commercial dispute resolutions, regulatory issues, white collar crimes, exchange control issues, family law, insurance law and administrative law and directors’ liabilities.
