Daniela Sindicic is a managing associate and a member of the dispute resolution unit. Daniela has been involved in the prevention and resolution of disputes since her first employment and has gained extensive experience throughout her career, particularly in court and administrative proceedings. She advises and represents domestic and foreign clients in complex commercial disputes. Daniela specializes in the law of obligations with a focus on construction law. She also handles disputes arising out of insolvency proceedings, employment disputes, corporate and intellectual property law.
