Daniel Hernández is a senior associate at the Banking and Finance group.
He has extensive expertise in financial markets regulation, capital markets transactions and corporate law.
Prior to joining Garrigues, Daniel worked at the Legal Department of the Financial Market Commission of Chile and before, as an in-house attorney for the Prosegur Group.
