Cristina Bosa is a senior associate in the Corporate/Commercial Law practice in the Canary Islands, having joined Garrigues in 2005.
She has extensive experience in business law transactions, advising on the restructuring of business groups and family businesses, mergers and acquisitions, personal data protection and prevention of money laundering, as well as civil and commercial contracts.
She also offers advice in relation to board secretarial duties, whether acting as board secretary or legal counsel.
She provides recurring advice to business groups with interests in sectors such as education, tourism, real estate and construction, among others.
She is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences at the firm and at various specialist centers, such as chambers of commerce and industry associations.
Cristina is a member of the Santa Cruz de La Palma Bar Association.
