Profile
Clinton Freeman is a senior attorney in the firm’s Healthcare Practice Group. Clinton focuses his practice on healthcare transactions and issues affecting healthcare operations, particularly involving ambulatory surgery centers. Clinton has a broad range of experience working on all aspects of operational issues that affect surgery centers. In his transactional practice, Clinton has worked on acquisitions, joint ventures, mergers and divestitures, and can assist clients negotiate all aspects of a transaction beginning with the letter of intent through transaction closing. He also has experience assisting ambulatory surgery centers with navigating complex regulatory issues involving federal and state anti-kickback laws and other fraud and abuse laws. His broad range of experience and sharp attention to detail makes him a valuable advisor to assist clients in the healthcare industry.
Prior to joining Bradley, Clinton served as associate general counsel of a national operator of ambulatory surgery centers with a network of over 300 ambulatory surgery centers across 35 states. While serving in this role, Clinton was responsible for all legal oversight of a division of surgery centers where he was the primary point of contact for all legal matters. He received his law degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University and his undergraduate degree from Auburn University.
