Chris Wetzel is a senior attorney in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. His practice is primarily focused on banking and financial services litigation matters representing clients in federal and state courts as well as arbitration.

His practice also includes assorted business litigation matters, such as defending clients against claims involving challenges to the adequacy of a pharmaceutical drug label. Beyond the trial court, he has been a part of teams representing clients at the appellate level.

In addition, Chris has experience handling in-depth (“second request”) merger investigations and litigation matters related to federal antitrust complaints both in private practice and as a trial attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division.

Prior to joining Bradley, Chris clerked for the Hon. Karon O. Bowdre of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.
