Mr. Changu KIM is an attorney at D&A LLC. His practice is primarily focused on Criminal & Compliance, Investigations, and matters under the Serious Accidents Punishment Act.

While serving as a judge advocate (military legal officer) in the Republic of Korea Army, Mr. Kim held key positions, including Military Prosecutor of the 23rd Infantry Division and Director of the Legal Affairs Division at the Criminal Investigation Command, handling a wide range of cases within the jurisdiction of military courts.

Subsequently, during his service as a public prosecutor, he conducted investigations across a broad range of practice areas, including violent and organized crime, narcotics, tax and economic crimes, antitrust, crimes causing widespread harm to the general public, and international affairs, among others, and handled numerous high-profile cases of/that attracted significant public attention.

Drawing on extensive case-handling experience accumulated through his service as both a judge advocate and a public prosecutor, he provides accurate and reliable legal services covering all stages of proceedings, from the initial investigative phase through trial and development of litigation strategy.
