Cecilia Pérez Martínez is a partner in the Madrid Labor and Employment Law practice.

She specializes in providing strategic advice on labor law matters to domestic and multinational companies in a range of sectors.

She has expertise in the following areas, among others: litigation before the labor courts; international mobility of workers; senior management; labor law aspects of corporate transactions (mergers, acquisitions, outsourcing, etc.) at domestic and international level; labor due diligence reviews; individual dismissals; internal flexibility mechanisms; business restructuring processes; collective bargaining; and social security matters. She also has experience in advising on labor law and immigration matters in the US (State of California).

Cecilia Pérez Martínez participates annually in the drafting of the Doing Business in Spain guide published by Invest in Spain.

She teaches classes at Centro de Estudios Garrigues and is a speaker on the international mobility of workers at forums and conferences.
