Catherine Voyer focuses her practice on business law and labour law.

As part of her practice in labor and employment law, Ms. Voyer advises employers on various matters related to labor and employment law, including labor standards, hiring and termination, workplace injuries, review of employment contracts and policies, and other legal aspects of human resources management. Ms. Voyer also represents employers before various administrative tribunals and civil courts in Quebec.

As part of her business law practice, Ms. Voyer advises clients on a variety of commercial matters. She drafts various contracts, including service agreements, distribution agreements, partnership agreements, licensing agreements, and other commercial agreements in the high-tech sector or involving artificial intelligence or open licenses. She also provides advice on personal information protection.

Me Voyer worked at a law firm for her first co-op internship. In the fall of 2019, she also conducted a clinical activity at the Court of Quebec in Sherbrooke with the Honourable Judge Gagnon.
