Profile
Catalina Berrios is an associate of the Corporate Law and Real Estate practice at the Santiago Office.
She has centered her practice on real estate projects, formation of land plots and purchase of properties; in title deed studies, negotiation of lease contracts and different corporate aspects.
She has also participated in due diligence processes, related to mergers and acquisitions transactions through the review and analysis of documents related to real estate issues. She has experience in financing of housing projects, infrastructure and development in rural areas.
