Carlos Morlán joined the Firm's Madrid office in 2013. He is a senior associate in the Tax Department and a member of the international tax practice.

He has extensive experience providing tax advice on an ongoing basis to numerous companies-mostly multinationals from a broad range of sectors-with a special focus on Spanish investments abroad, foreign investments in Spain and nonresident taxation in general.

He also provides advice on a regular basis on the tax implications of corporate restructuring and acquisition transactions, including the analysis and implementation of investment and divestment structures.

In addition, he regularly advises in relation to tax audit proceedings as well as economic-administrative and judicial review proceedings.

Carlos is Associate Professor of Tax Law at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid

Carlos is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
