Profile
Carlos joined LEGA as Partner in 2019. He was previously partner at Andrade, Weffe & Garcia Abogados and Imery Urdaneta. Since he became a lawyer, Carlos has been writing legal opinions about the risks the regulations bring to local and foreign companies. He has also designed strategic scenarios for a wide range of clients.
His legal counseling has been of invaluable support in administrative procedures before several governmental authorities and before several administrative courts, on the occasion administrative acts dictated by authorities, or contracts celebrated with the State.
