Profile
Carlos Arias López is a principal associate in the Corporate Law and Commercial Contracts, Mergers & Acquisitions and Security Markets in the Santiago de Chile office.
He has extensive expertise in providing legal advice to both domestic and foreign clients, across a wide range of industries, on corporate and commercial matters, M&A transactions, corporate restructuring process and securities markets. He also has a renowned practice in aquaculture matters.
Prior joining Garrigues, he worked as a senior lawyer at NDF Abogados and as an associate lawyer in Avendaño Merino Abogados.
