Bowen Li focuses on patent prosecution and counseling in electrical and computer technologies. Bowen has experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications relating to artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, application software, virtual and augmented reality, cloud computing, blockchain, telecommunications and electric power systems. He advises clients regarding drafting strategies and patent portfolio development worldwide. His experience also includes:

  • Drafting patent applications, collaborating with inventors and interviewing patent examiners to secure patent protection.
  • Patent litigation before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) and the U.S. district courts.
  • Patent licensing and monetization, including analyzing the legal and technical aspects of patents.

Working closely with clients, Bowen draws from his diverse experience with technologies and patents to obtain optimized protection of innovation for clients.
