Profile
Bernardo Pérez-Navas is an expert in labor and employment law and social security legislation.
He specializes in providing legal advice on collective layoff and collective bargaining processes and has successfully led the advisory services provided in the negotiation of some of the most complex labor restructuring processes in Spain in the last few years.
He also has extensive experience in other areas of labor and employment law. These include, providing labor law advice in relation to national and international corporate transactions (mergers, spin-offs and contributions of lines of business, outsourcing processes and externalization of services, etc.), defending clients in legal proceedings, providing employment and social security advice in connection with complex remuneration systems, the recruitment of management personnel and senior managers and on expatriate issues and the international movement of workers.
Bernardo Pérez-Navas participates in the seminars, on the Master's Degrees and other programs offered by Centro de Estudios Garrigues. He has lectured on the Executive Master's Degree in Labor Relations and the Master's Degree in Labor Law Advisory Services at Centro de Estudios Garrigues, as well as at Instituto de Empresa. He is also a regular speaker at other specialist legal and business forums (APD, Recoletos, la Fundación para la investigación y el derecho y la empresa -FIDE, Chamber of Commerce).
