I have built my career at the intersection of law and business, which shapes how I approach every client matter: with a deep understanding of how organizations operate and what leadership teams are trying to achieve.

I work with clients across a broad range of industries including technology, manufacturing, real estate development, wineries, nonprofits, and sports and entertainment organizations, including NBA, MLS, and MiLB teams and venue operators. Clients value my ability to deliver sophisticated legal counsel grounded in real-world business priorities and focused on helping them operate, grow, and succeed.

Before joining Schwabe, I served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for the Portland Trail Blazers and the Rose Quarter for 13 years. Prior to that, I was an international capital markets attorney in London and a corporate transactional attorney in Portland, following a federal judicial clerkship in Arizona.
