Barbara joined DTB in 2020 and has proven to be a valuable member of the Corporate and Commercial, M&A and Banking, Finance, and Capital Markets team. Barbara provides clients daily corporate support; participates in preparing data for due diligence procedures, negotiating, drafting various commercial agreements, including lease agreements, general terms and conditions and other corporate documents. She is also engaged in drafting briefs, legal opinions and memorandums, as well as in updating clients on changes and amendments to the local laws. Lately, her field of interest is banking, finance and capital markets practice area, providing legal support in drafting security documents, creation, and registration of security interests and drafting legal opinions. Barbara was trained under the mentorship of DTB's most experienced senior attorneys and partners, assisting them in complex M&A transactions across a wide variety of sectors.
