Azariah Alexander is an Associate at ENS in the Banking and Finance practice.

Azariah specialises in banking derivatives, corporate finance transactions, structured finance, exchange control and regulatory work.

His experience includes advising on compliance and regulatory advice in relation to derivative instruments to banks and financial institutions, both domestically and internationally. His experience includes drafting a wide range of documents, such as LMA standard loan agreements, legal opinions, and memoranda on financial matters.

In addition, Azariah is also involved in a variety of finance transactions, overseeing the fulfilment of conditions precedent for loan disbursements and has advised clients in the banking and financial markets industries.

Azariah is a member of the Legal Practice Council: South Africa.
