Partner at J&A Garrigues since January 2016. He specializes in insurance law, corporate governance, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and commercial contracts.
He has extensive experience in providing corporate and contractual advice to insurers and listed companies, as well as advice on corporate restructurings of all kinds and on company acquisitions and disposals, in both the private equity and industrial sectors.
He provides recurring advice on corporate law matters in the main M&A and business restructuring transactions undertaken by listed companies, private equity firms and private companies, particularly with insurance and financial institutions.
