Antonio Rego is the partner in charge of the Corporate/Commercial Department at the Bilbao office, where he has spent his entire professional career following his stint at Arthur Andersen.

Antonio is a member of the Vizcaya Bar Association and specializes in Company Law and, in particular, in mergers and acquisitions, as well as in the area of insurance and social welfare, insurance mediation and the legislation governing data protection and anti-money laundering and the financing of terrorism. He is also a member of the family business group.

Moreover, he lectures in Corporate/Commercial Law at the Law Faculty of Universidad de Deusto.

Elsewhere, he is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences organized by the Firm and various specialist centers (APD, Instituto de Fomento Empresarial, Confebask, Colegio de Economistas, etc.) and collaborates with Universidad de Deusto, teaching classes on the Master's Degree in Company Law.
