Profile
Antonio Fernández Carrasco is a principal associate in the Tax and Real Estate practice area of Garrigues' Málaga office, where he has been pursuing his career since 2004.
He has extensive experience in the provision of tax advisory services, particularly in the areas of indirect taxation and taxation of the real estate sector, and is a member of the VAT and Real Estate teams at the Málaga office.
In view of his experience, his advice is regularly sought in relation to transactions and issues which require specialist knowledge of VAT and indirect taxation issues.
He has been lecturing on VAT on the Executive Master's Degree in Tax Counseling for Businesses course organized by Escuela Superior de Estudios de Empresa (ESESA) and at Escuela de Excelencia Empresarial de Málaga (Escuela EXCE) since 2009. He has also taught as visiting lecturer in the Business Tax Regimes area at Universidad de Málaga.
Antonio Fernández Carrasco is a member of the Málaga Bar Association.

A number of specialist courses on indirect taxation, including the Comprehensive Training in Customs Management course organized by TARIC.

Antonio has had a number of articles published in Diario Sur (Málaga) and is co-author of "Conflictive aspects of the refund of the tax on retail sales of certain oil and gas products" (*) published in the journal Estrategia Financiera.
