Angela Wanjohi is an Associate at ENS in Kenya.

Angela specialises in Mergers and Acquisitions, Intellectual Property and Data Protection, Employment, Technology, Media and Telecommunication (TMT), and Fintech law.

Her experience includes advising on regulatory matters in the Fintech and TMT practice areas, data protection requirements for Kenyan and foreign entities operating in Kenya, the registration and protection of trademarks in Kenya, employment procedures applicable to employees in Kenya and corporate processes necessary in various commercial arrangements, including incorporation of companies.

In addition, Angela is also experienced in banking and finance, competition, dispute resolution, tax and real estate practice and has advised clients in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), finance, tech, sustainability and environmental conservation and NGO sectors and/or industries.

She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
