His experience covers all major environmental statutes, including the Clean Water Act, NEPA, ESA, MBTA, BGEPA, and NHPA. He is frequently called on to provide strategic guidance on business decisions, represent clients before agencies and courts, and manage high-profile litigation-including the preparation and filing of influential amicus briefs in appellate courts.

He also served as a Judge Advocate in the US Air Force where he focused on environmental, administrative and criminal law.
