Profile
Andy Bastnagel advises companies, board and audit committees, regulated entities, and individuals in connection with internal investigations, government enforcement proceedings, and related litigation. Andy has substantial experience representing clients in investigations and enforcement proceedings brought by the SEC, DOJ, FTC, CFPB, and state attorneys general.
Andy is also a seasoned litigator with extensive experience representing clients in complex litigation in both state and federal courts.
While attending law school, Andy was executive editor of the Catholic University Law Review and worked with CUA’s Innocence Project Clinic and Clemency Project investigating claims of actual innocence and assisting individuals with applications for sentence commutation.
