Profile
Andrés Ignacio Martín is a principal associate in the Restructuring and Insolvency Department.
He has extensive experience in advising companies and financial institutions on financial distress scenarios, pre-insolvency situations, insolvency proceedings, business restructuring processes and court approvals of refinancing agreements.
He also has amassed broad expertise in distressed M&A transactions, acquisitions of assets and production units within distressed scenarios, and in the sale and purchase of loan portfolios.
He has been a lecturer of Insolvency Law to students of the law degree at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos since 2015 and is a speaker at seminars on Insolvency and Pre-Insolvency Law.
Andrés Ignacio Martín is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
