Andreas Zahradnik joined DORDA after his practical court experience. Since 1996 he is a partner of DORDA Rechtsanw lte GmbH.
He is an expert in banking and capital markets law, M&A and restructuring (in particular relating to financial institutions) as well as corporate law and compliance. He mainly advises domestic and international banks, investment firms, private equity, venture capital, investment and hedge funds.
