Profile
Ana Mota Monteiro is a senior associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Law and Commercial Contracts and Real Estate departments.
Ana has vast experience in the areas of Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions and Real Estate, participating in several national and international transactions. In addition, she provides standard legal advice on corporate and commercial law to both national and foreign clients. She also has experience in the negotiation and preparation of all types of commercial and real estate contracts.
Before joining Garrigues, Ana was an associate at PLMJ from 2017 to 2019, having started her professional career with this firm as an legal intern in 2015. She also worked as an intern at the firm Yolanda Busse, Oehen Mendes & Associados from 2014 to 2015.
She has been a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2017.
