Ana López is a principal associate in the Litigation and Arbitration practice, where she has pursued her professional career since joining the firm in 2009.

She has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation, in both the pre-contentious and contentious phases, relating to obligations and contracts, tortious liability, corporate matters, unfair competition, advertising, directors' liability, among others.

She regularly acts on behalf of our clients in courts of law and arbitration, handling their legal defense and case management.

In addition, she provides ongoing advice to the leading Spanish and international companies in the distribution sector.

Before joining the firm, she worked at Banco Santander's headquarters in New York, where she was a member of the group's corporate development department.

Ana López is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
