Ana Eugenia Guillén is an Associate at BLP in San José, Costa Rica. Her practice focuses on Dispute Resolution and International Trade, areas in which she has built a solid track record providing strategic legal advice, risk prevention, and representation to domestic and international companies.
She has participated in domestic and international arbitration proceedings, as well as in civil, commercial, insolvency, administrative, and criminal litigation related to economic crimes and negligent offenses. Her experience also includes handling complex disputes in sectors such as energy & infrastructure, construction, banking & finance, and corporate conflicts, working in close coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
