Ana Bokalic is a senior associate who advises clients primarily in the areas of corporate law and M&A procedures. Her work includes professional advice in banking, finance, insolvency law and restructurings. Before she joined our firm, she gained experience in commercial and corporate law at a reputable law firm and at a company, where she mainly dealt with construction and real estate law.
