Mr. Pintow is an associate in the Corporate Department and provides general counsel to public and private companies, with an emphasis on project finance, infrastructure and energy projects, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border transactions.



Mr. Pintow was a member of the editorial board of the Tel Aviv University Law Review and served as a research assistant to Professor Sharon Hannes in the fields of corporate and financial law. He currently serves as a teaching assistant in various courses in the Tel Aviv University.
