Ami Zaveri provides pragmatic and tactical counsel on the often intersecting areas of technology licensing and use, intellectual property (IP) protection, information security and data privacy. Ami's clients range from startups to large publicly traded and privately held companies in a variety of industries, including software developers and technology deployers, consumer services, logistics, healthcare, manufacturing, transportation and other industries. She has significant experience negotiating and structuring complex commercial and technology related transactions and counseling clients on a wide range of data privacy matters such as:
