Amaranta is an associate in the banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law and commercial contracts practice.
She has experience in project finance and in local and international corporate finance transactions, as well as in corporate restructuring, and in mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
She also has experience providing general legal advice to companies of different industries on corporate and contractual matters.
