Allen Katz is an experienced trial attorney with a particular focus on financial services litigation. He has been lead counsel in more than 1,000 trials to verdict, in state and federal courts on behalf of both individual and institutional clients. Allen handles complex evidentiary hearings, expert discovery, alternative dispute resolution, as well as consultations on litigation management systems to improve proficiency of client services and appropriate considerations in outsourcing versus in-house representation.
