Alicia Martínez Susmozas is a principal associate in Garrigues' Tax practice area, where she has pursued her entire professional career since joining the firm's Alicante office in 2009.

Among the various tax-related fields in which she works, she is a specialist in the taxation of family businesses and corporate groups, and corporate reorganization operations.

In particular, she is an expert in the design and implementation of transfer pricing policies, reorganization processes, the analysis of value chains, business restructuring operations, the valuation of related-party transactions, etc.

Having trained as an economist, she has undertaken engagements for the valuation of companies and of the businesses and assets of medium-sized enterprises.
