Alexandra is an Associate in the Real Estate Team based in the Manchester office and works on a wide range of commercial property transactions with a focus on investment, corporate occupier and also charity work. 

Recent experience includes: 

• Assisting a UK Airport on a large intragroup re-organisation.
• Working with a prominent veterinary practice on Landlord and Tenant work.
• Working with an established North-West residential developer on the disposal of land.
• Assisting a national charity on its investment portfolio including acquisitions and disposals.
• Working with a national conservation charity on the acquisition of SANG land.
• Advising charities on various investment matters from new leases, lease renewals to assignments and transfers.

Alexandra qualified into the Real Estate Team in September 2018 having trained at a firm in Leeds. Prior to this, Alexandra completed a History Degree at Warwick University and an MPhil in Early Modern History at Cambridge University subsequently completing the Law conversion at The University of Law, Chester.
