• Hydrogen: Advising Stanwell Corporation on the procurement and project delivery aspects of the proposed Central Queensland Hydrogen Project.
  
• Lithium: Advising Albemarle Lithium on all project delivery elements of its Lithium Hydroxide processing facility in Western Australia.
  
• Copper-Gold; Iron Ore: Advising Rio Tinto including acting as dedicated legal support to the Rio Tinto Winu Copper-Gold Project.
  
• Waste to Energy: Advised on the project structuring and waste supply aspects for two large-scale waste to energy projects.
  
• Film Studios: Advising Hesperia Property backed Home Fire Studios on its market-led proposal to develop Western Australia's first film studio.
  
• Commercial property: Advising Brookfield Property on the development of a premium grade office building at Elizabeth Quay in Perth.
  
• Rail Infrastructure: Advised the successful tenderer for the Sydney Metro 'line-wide' package.
  
• Asset Divestments: Advising State Governments on the divestment of port assets.
  

• Unfair contract terms reforms
  

  Commencing in November 2023, the new unfair contract terms (UCT) regime makes UCTs in standard contracts illegal. The definition of small business has also expanded.

• A new era for Security of Payment in WA
  

  Since 1 August 2022, new security of payment provisions for Western Australia (WA) are in operation under the Building and Construction Industry (Security of Payment) Act 2021 (WA) (Act).
