Alejandro Sánchez Sánchez is a counsel in the Corporate Law and Commercial Contracts practice.
He has extensive expertise in M&A deals and refinancing processes.
He provides recurring advice on contractual, corporate and internal restructuring matters to corporate groups. He also has experience in providing nondirector board secretary services to groups of companies.
He has lectured on various business law subjects at Universidad of Alicante since 2012.
