Profile
Alejandro Micó Llorens is a partner in the Corporate & Commercial Law department.
He has extensive expertise in corporate and commercial law, mergers, acquisitions, joint venture and restructuring, giving advice to both national and international companies of the agri-food and aviation industry among others.
He also provides recurring advice on materia societaria en las principales operaciones de M&A y de reestructuración interna realizadas por las mencionadas entidades y cuenta con una amplia experiencia en el ámbito de las fundaciones.
He has given lectures both in Spanish and English in the Master's Degree on Management of Building Companies at the Technological Institute of Construction (Valencia), and in the Specialist Course in International Law at Universidad Cardenal Herrera CEU de Valencia.
Alejandro Micó Llorens is a member of the Valencia Bar Association, and a member of the Franco-Spanish Chamber of Commerce (La Chambre).
