Alejandro Fernández is a partner in the Tax Department of Garrigues, where he has pursued his professional career since he joined Arthur Andersen, Asesores Legales y Tributarios in 1996.

He specializes in tax and accounting law and provides recurring advice on these matters to companies from a wide range of sectors (industrial, real estate, etc.).

Over the course of his career he has also participated in numerous M&A and internal restructuring transactions performed by such companies, as well as in refinancing processes in which he has advised on tax-related issues.

He is included in the ranking of Best Lawyers and he has been distinguished by this publication as "Best Lawyer of the Year 2020", in his practice area.
