Senior Associate of the tax department of the Mexico City office.

Prior to joining Garrigues México, S.C., he worked for four years as tax advisor of the Mexican firm Chevez, Ruiz, Zamarripa and Cía, S.C.

He has experience in national and international tax consulting and planning, specifically, he has been involved in mergers and acquisitions of businesses, corporate restructuring of national and international groups, creation and development of new businesses in Mexico. He also has experience in managing audit procedures carried out by Mexican tax authorities.

He has a Degree in Accounting from Universidad Panamericana, and a Mergers and Acquisitions Diploma by the Zagreb School of Economics and Management and a Business Management Diploma by the IDE Program at the Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección.
