Agnes Hammarstrand is one of Sweden's leading experts in IT/tech, cyber law, and e-commerce law. Her specialist expertise includes data protection/GDPR, e-commerce, consumer law, marketing law, as well as other areas of law related to IT, AI, information security, and cloud services. Agnes has extensive experience in providing companies with pragmatic advice, as well as drafting and negotiating agreements. She also regularly handles incidents. Agnes leads one of Delphi's groups within Tech & IP.
